The due date for providing two of the 2016 IRS ACA reports to employees has been extended from January 31 to March 2, 2017. Note, however, that the deadline for filing remains February 28 if using paper forms or March 31 if filing electronically. The forms affected are:
2016 Form 1095-B, Health Coverage
2016 Form 1095-C, Employer-Provided Health Insurance Offer and coverage.
